Oracle announced a new migration tool that extends the MySQL user in the operating environment of Microsoft Windows, allowing them to move from Microsoft SQL Server to MySQL. New plug-in software module MySQL for Excel also allows analysts to access and manage data stored in MySQL, the application Microsoft Excel without the need for prior technical development MySQL. Also available for download tool setup MySQL Installer for Windows, which helps users to configure advanced features of information security and logging, and a new application platform MySQL Notifier for Windows, which allows users to monitor and manage server instances MySQL.
