In Amritsar, the Sikh holy city in the north-western India, erected first in the world city network of high-speed personal transport (PRT), which will also become the biggest on the planet. Locals and tourists alike will be on the rails to carry the four-or six-power capsules without drivers.

PRT will take over 35% of passenger traffic to the main attractions of Amritsar - Temple Harmandir Sahib , to which the religious holidays are coming up to half a million people.
In theory, the capsules have to drive with a 4 am to midnight. The fare is not yet known, but stated that the tariffs will be competitive in comparison with taxis and rickshaws. Opening of the Indian "Ultra" is scheduled for 2014.
